The PSC hs no competence to do a study on Lynas. They are led by the nose by Lynas and taken for a ride.”The safest and the most advanced rare earth processing plant in the world ” so declared Khaled Nordin,the world’s foremost radiation expert and physicist.How many rare earth plant had this Khaled help to designed? Or does he even got any credential to support his claim that Lyna’ Gebeng plant is the safest in the world? Dear Khaled, Lynas’ Gebeng plant is a processing plant, not high tech industrial plant. Lynas will only use our people as cheap labor and cheap dump site. That will not help Malaysian to migrate to the 21st century. BTW, now is already the 21st century. I guess the $$$ u get will help u to migrate to other country.

Again, if it is so safe, should bulid more rare earth plants instead of one only like university campuses, one in each state. why wait some more ?Alastair Neill , the so called expert, is Vice President of Dacha Strategic Metals. Dacha is a company which is in the business of buying, stockpiling and selling of Rare earth metals. He is NOT a disinterested ‘expert’. It is in Dacha interest that Lynas plant come into being since China clamped down on export of Rare Earth. They stand to make billions from Lynas. And so they bring in a kweilo to say a few words to placate the natives by saying it is ‘state of the art’ lah, the ‘safest’ lah.
